What Are Campaign Types?

Campaign types categorize your conversion links by marketing channel. This helps you separate your own marketing attribution from affiliate-driven sales—so you can see exactly which channels drive revenue.

Available Types

Choose from these pre-selected types or create your own:

  • Influencer — Flat-fee influencer partnerships (not commission-based)
  • Social Media — Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok posts
  • Blogs — Content marketing and guest posts
  • Email Marketing — Newsletters and automated campaigns
  • SMS — Text message promotions

Custom Types

Type any name in the dropdown and press Enter to create a custom type. Examples:

  • Paid Ads — Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Podcast — Sponsorships and mentions
  • YouTube — Video marketing
  • Webinars — Event registrations

For further categorization and analytics filtering, every link can also be assigned folders and tags.

Tip: Be consistent with your campaign types. Use the same type for similar channels so you can compare performance accurately.
