Folders are a great way to organize and manage access to your affiliate programs and links into organized projects. Use folders to group related items together, making it easier to manage multiple clients, campaigns, or business units.

What Are Folders?

Folders allow you to organize your affiliate marketing assets into logical groups. Think of them as containers that help you keep your workspace clean and manageable, especially when working with multiple clients or projects.

What Can Be Organized?

You can move the following items into folders:

Short Links

Organize your short links by project, campaign, or client. This makes it easy to find and manage links for specific initiatives.

Dynamic Links

Group your dynamic links together to keep related tracking links organized and easily accessible.

Affiliate Programs

Organize your affiliate programs into folders to manage multiple programs for different clients or business units efficiently.

Benefits of Using Folders

Using folders provides several advantages:

  • Better organization: Keep related items together for easier navigation
  • Access management: Control who can see and manage items within specific folders
  • Scalability: Manage multiple clients or projects without clutter
  • Visual organization: Use colors to quickly identify different folders

Getting Started

To create a folder:

  1. Navigate to the Folders page in your dashboard
  2. Click the "Create folder" button
  3. Give your folder a name (e.g., "Company A", "Q4 Campaign")
  4. Optionally add a description and choose a color
  5. Start adding links, dynamic links, and programs to your folder

Tip: Use descriptive folder names and colors to quickly identify different projects or clients at a glance!
