Your Shopify shop domain is the unique identifier for your store. It's the part before .myshopify.com in your store URL. For example, if your store URL is your-shop.myshopify.com, enter your-shop (without .myshopify.com).
What is a Shopify Domain?
Every Shopify store has a default domain: your-shop-name.myshopify.com. The your-shop-name part is your shop domain—this is what you enter when connecting to Revshare.
Example:
If your Shopify URL is mystore.myshopify.com, enter: mystore
Where to Find It
Find your shop name in one of these ways:
- Shopify Admin URL: Log into your Shopify admin and check the browser address bar. The URL will be
https://your-shop-name.myshopify.com/admin. The part before.myshopify.comis your shop name. - Settings: Go to Settings → General in your Shopify admin. Your shop name appears at the top of the page.
Stores with Custom Domains
If your store uses a custom domain (like www.yourstore.com) instead of .myshopify.com, you still need to use your Shopify shop name, not your custom domain.
Important: Even if customers visit your store at www.yourstore.com, you must enter your Shopify shop name (e.g., your-shop) when connecting. Your Shopify shop name is permanent and used for API connections.
To find your shop name with a custom domain: log into your Shopify admin and check the URL—it will still show your-shop-name.myshopify.com/admin even if your public site uses a custom domain.
