We will approve your orders between the 21st and 28th day after the initial order. Our average order amount is €92,- at a conversionrate of 2,5-3%. Our returnpercentage averages between 15 and 20%. Every order that we receive before 16:00 is delivered the next day by TNT. Orders received during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday. Before we ship the goods, the customer receives an additional email containing a link to a track an trace code. We do not charge for delivery in The Netherlands. For delivery in Belgium and Germany we charge €7,95.
