I'm Emil Klitmose, the founder of Revshare. My journey into affiliate marketing and SaaS started with a background in digital marketing.
Background
I was previously the CEO of a digital marketing company. After successfully exiting that business, I went full-time into affiliate marketing for 4 years, learning the ins and outs of the industry firsthand.
The Birth of Revshare
When I pivoted into SaaS, I needed affiliate software to help grow my business. However, I found that existing solutions were too expensive and lacked the features I needed. This frustration led me to build Revshare—an affiliate platform that combines affordability with the features that actually matter.
Bootstrapped with Affiliate Marketing
Revshare is built without VC money or investor funding. Instead, it's financed entirely through affiliate marketing—a testament to the power of the very business model that Revshare helps others implement. This approach allows us to stay focused on what matters: building great software that helps businesses grow through affiliate partnerships.
